Jim Hendricks is Professor of Piano at Chicago State University. He has performed over 1,000 piano concerts across the globe and specializes in classical and jazz piano. He has performed with such legends as Dave Brubeck, Della Reese, Jack Jones, Tito Puente, Rita Moreno, the Glenn Miller Orchestra, Clark Terry, and many others. Jim's approach to classical performance stems from his background as a jazz pianist. He has tastefully reconstructed certain passages of these well-known classical pieces to enhance their beauty and bring out his own taste in each performance.
