Bag of Humans Biography Bag of Humans came onto the Baltimore (Maryland, USA) scene in 2001 and from the start, their original sound and chaotic live performances made the band known throughout town. Playing the top venues in Baltimore including the Ottobar, Fletcher's and the Recher Theatre. The band polished their material and increased the dimension of their live performances incorporating props and stage themes. The Bag of Humans recorded a three song ep and took their show to the west coast during the summer of 2003. Upon returning, began headlining shows promoted by Baltimore's premiere radio station, 98 Rock. These shows along with consistent promotion helped build a heavy fanbase in the Baltimore area. The year 2004 saw the Bag of Humans recording their first full length attempt with reknown producer Frank Marchand in his studio, Waterford Digital. In addition to the Bag of Humans, Frank Marchand has worked with Jimmie's Chicken Shack, Nothingface, Toadies and the Pretenders. The album was then mastered by Grammy award winning Charlie Pilszer at Airshow studios in Virginia. Inspired by the album, the artwork was arranged for production by Relic Media. The Bag of Humans celebrated the release of their first full length at the Ottobar in Baltimore on January 7th 2005. The band's first single 'Pay to Play ' began receiving radio play and was featured on 98 Rock's Noise in the Basement Compilation, a CD that included the best artists in the mid atlantic region. The Bag of Humans is now promoting their new record and planning for a tour in 2005.
