Beverly Rieger - A Celebration of Life & Love

I am a composer, performer, teacher, and recording artist. My music has found an audience throughout the United States, Australia, Canada, and, thanks to the Internet and distributors such CDBaby, is sold in many countries of the world. A Celebration Of Life and Love is the 13th album of original music that has it's' origin in the unseen world of spirit, and comes into your life and mine through my own classical background, deep training in meditation and energy healing, and love of nature. My own original music has been especially influenced by my travels into the Mayan lands of Central America and Mexico. As I walk through the rain forest of Guatemala, or the mountains of Honduras, or the plains of Mexico visiting sacred Mayan sites, I feel the heart of the Earth and the Sky. I feel the love which is the Source of everything. I compose music that captures the sacred feel for me of these lands and people, and of our Mother Earth. The Mayan Dream album was born in Mexico in 1987....the first time that original music exploded into my life and has never stopped. Mayan Dream Productions, Interational has been my business since 1989. What does my music sound like? Because it is meditation and healing music, you may hear a resemblance to Michael Stearns or Constance Demby, or maybe Kitaro without the sweeping violins. Percussion instruments from various parts of the world are an important part of the story that my music tells. I also love to use sampled bird song, thunder, ocean waves?..all of these sounds that bring nature into my music. However, it is uniquely 'Beverly' music with my own musical imprint.
