1999 re-release of the talented Puerto Rican pop singer's debut album. Noelia was captivated by music at a very young age, mostly influenced by her mother, local singer/actress Yolandita Monge, who became a Latin American celebrity. Her song "Tu" climbed Billboard's Hot Latin Tracks.
