"Face the Music" was recorded in the Delta Lab in Copenhagen together with Danish musician and producer Thomas Troelsen. "He's young, younger than we are. And totally crazy, wanting to test everything, so it became a very creative environment", the band says. Troelsen contacted Melody Club even before their debut album "Music Machine" came out. When the time rolled around again, his name came to mind. The fresh production choice is evident on the album, but so is the band's own approach to their music. This album is based on the same thing as the last one, namely classically composed pop music, although this time with a more varied sound. More acoustic instruments and more organic synthesizer sounds. "Now, as then, it's mainly about the songs, but you want to reinvent yourself. We've done what's been best for the song. If you have a good song, the opportunities are endless. It's not based on one instrument or one sound".
