How can I send my box?

Shipping your DVDs, CDs, Blu-Rays, Books, Games & Tech with UPS is easy and totally FREE. All you need to do is choose which is most convenient for you!

Here are your UPS shipping options:

. Any UPS Store®

. Any UPS Customer Center

. Any UPS Authorized Retail Outlet

. Any UPS Drop Boxes (25 items per box max.)

. You can even give your box to a UPS Driver

I don't live in the U.S. can I still sell my goods online?

Unfortunately is only available in the U.S. at this time.

What do I need to put on my box when I send it?

Simply tape the Shipping Service Label(s), that we'll send in your Welcome Pack, to the outside of your box(es) so that the ENTIRE label is visible. Please do not place the label over any seams or closures on the package, ensure there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your box and that you do NOT cover the barcode.
Remember each Shipping Service Label is unique to each of the boxes you're sending - do not use the same label for multiple boxes.

My box has been sent, when will it arrive?

From the moment your box is sent to us, it should take 7-10 business days to get to us here at

Do you have a limit on the amount of items per box?

Yes, please don't put more than 200 items in a box. If you have too many items in one box, they may be rejected when you try to send them.

Can I use the same label again?

No. Each label is unique. If you require more labels, Just Sign In to your Account and go to Order History and click on 'Print additional labels' next to the relevant Order Number and you can print as many labels as you need.

My box has been rejected by your FREE Shipping Service, who do I contact?

If our FREE Shipping Service say they can't take your parcel for whatever reason, just let our customer service team know and we'll soon have your parcel on its way to us

Who pays shipping costs?

Sending your items to us is completely FREE. We'll provide you with your FREE Shipping Service Labels, all you need to do is to choose which option is most convenient for you! Whichever you choose, it's completely FREE. You can choose from the following options once you've completed your order:
