After a minor delay, the Motorola Razr 2022 finally launched in China on August 11th. However, we’re still yet to see a global launch!
The Motorola Razr 2022 has a sleeker look, with the chin at the bottom of the phone being removed.
The new model is suggested to feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ internal display with a 144Hz refresh rate. This device also features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1.
According to recent rumors, we should expect a 50MP main sensor, with a 13MP ultra-wide camera and a macro sensor. The new model is also set to include a 23MP selfie camera too but other details are yet to be unveiled.
As the Motorola Razr 2022 hasn’t launched globally yet, some details are still hush hush.
Rumors suggest Google will be the next big name to release a foldable phone, with the Google Pixel Notepad expected to launch at some point in 2022.
Google hasn't officially announced the Pixel Notepad yet, but assets contained within the new Android 12L operating system suggest Google are developing foldable tech in some form.
A report from 9to5Google suggests the phone will take the form of a ‘phone-folding-out-into-tablet’ rather than a flip phone-style device (like Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 3).
Further information is thin on the ground. Early reports claim the Pixel Notepad will feature the same 12MP camera set-up as the Pixel 5 and utilize Google’s Tensor chip.
The most exciting rumor comes from two independent sources familiar with Google’s plans (as reported by 9to5Google). They suggest the Pixel Notepad will cost $1,400, which sounds like a lot but is significantly cheaper than the $1,700 Galaxy Z Flip 3.
With details very thin on the ground, file this one under ‘wait and see’.
