iPhone 16 price: what to expect for all the models

The wait is almost over! Apple is set to unveil the iPhone 16 on September 9th, and as always, excitement is building. With the launch date just around the corner, the iPhone 16 rumors and leaks are in full swing, giving us a glimpse of what Apple might have in store for us this year. 

One of the biggest questions on everyone’s mind is, of course, the iPhone 16 price. Will it follow the pricing trends of previous years, or are we in for a surprise? Whether you’re eyeing the iPhone 16, the larger iPhone 16 Plus or the high-end iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, here’s everything we could find on the potential iPhone 16 prices!

Will Apple raise the price of the iPhone 16 range?

Each year, as we inch closer to the new iPhone launch, speculation of potential price hikes dominates iPhone discussions… and this year is no different. With the current iPhone 16 rumors and leaks circulating, many are wondering if Apple will raise the iPhone 16 prices, and if so, by how much.

Historically, predictions about iPhone price increases have been mixed. For instance, in 2022, leakers were confident that the iPhone 14 would see a significant price hike. However, the iPhone 14 only received a price increase in the UK, leaving US Apple users unscathed by any price hikes.

As for last year, there were rumors that the iPhone 15 would see a jump in cost. In reality, Apple surprised many by maintaining the same prices for most models in the US and UK, except for the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which saw a $100 increase compared to its predecessor.

So, what about the iPhone 16? While no one can predict the prices with absolute certainty, the ongoing economic pressures and rising production costs are factors to consider. Nevertheless, given Apple’s history of price stability in key markets like the US, it’s plausible that the company may choose to keep the iPhone 16 price steady to avoid alienating customers.
