Firstly, you need to make sure you access the decluttr Store. In the top right hand corner, you need to click ‘Log In’ and enter your details.

If you need to register follow the above instructions and click on ‘Create a New Account’ below the sign-in box.

Yes, you can! If you have registered with decluttr before you won’t be able to create a new account using the same email address. Enter your current password in order to gain access to your account.

If you need to reset your password: click on ‘Forgot Password’, enter your email address and we will email you with instructions how to reset your password.

At this time, we are unable to accept orders from customers outside the US. Any orders placed to be delivered to a non-US postal address will be cancelled and refunded.

Here at the decluttr Store, we sell a wide range of Tech and Media products at great prices that can’t be beaten.

All orders have FREE Standard shipping included in the price and are covered by our Quality Guarantee, saving you money and hassle.

The products that we sell have all been refurbished by our team of experts. Some items have different conditions and this is explained on the product information page.

The listings on the decluttr Store are being constantly updated throughout the day. 

There’s a very good chance that if you have missed out on a product, it will become available again very soon so keep checking back.

Here at decluttr, we offer a 12 month Limited warranty on all Tech products when purchased from the Store.

Our 12 month Limited warranty covers technical defects and faults caused by reason of improper workmanship or materials.

Once we receive the item in question back, we will diagnose the issue and attempt to fix the problem for you.

All our Tech items are tested and refurbished by our team of experts. These items are given a condition before being listed on the decluttr Store.

Our Tech items come with FREE Standard Shipping; a fully tracked service which we advise will be with you in 4-6 business days.

We like to give you more options here at the decluttr Store, so if you absolutely can’t wait for your item you can always add our Expedited Shipping option to your order for just $3 extra.

Our Expedited Shipping Service uses the USPS Priority Mail service which will arrive with you in 2-4 business days.

** This is the expected timeframe for delivery once USPS receive the item(s) from us.

Our iPhones are extremely well packaged and protected with FREE shipping, a 12 month Limited warranty, screen protector, cleaning cloth, SIM opening tool and a USB charging cable. For full details, see the ‘What’s in the Box’ feature on the product listing.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all other model of Cell Phone will arrive with the charger. In most cases, these items will arrive as Cell Phone only.

MY ACCOUNT

If you have forgotten your password don’t worry. Simply click on the log-in option and select the “I’ve forgotten my password” link.

We will then send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

You can find your Order Number in any of the emails that we have sent to you relating to your order. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email will contain your order number. 


Once your items have shipped we will send you an email notifying you of this, which will also contain your order number.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email which will contain your Order Number and Order Summary.

Once your first item has shipped, you will receive an email to notify you. You will then receive an email once any subsequent items in your order have been shipped.

In order to view your order history, you need to log into your account, which you can do by clicking on ‘Log In’ in the top right hand corner.


Once you have done this you need to click on ‘My Account, again in the top right corner. You will be taken to your profile settings in the My Account section.

 
You will be given 3 options: Shopping, Selling, Profile. You need to select ‘Shopping’, which will bring up your Order History.

 
In order to continue shopping you need to click on ‘’Shop" at the top of the page.

Because we use your email address as your username, for security purposes you will need to contact our Customer Services team who will be more than happy to help!

ORDER

In order to complete a purchase on the decluttr Store, you need a US registered Credit or Debit card. We accept all major US credit/debit cards, though we are unable to accept American Express at this time.

You can now choose to pay for your items via your PayPal account, if you would prefer. All you need is a valid US PayPal account and you’re a few clicks away from your new stuff.  Simply click on the ‘Pay with PayPal’ button below the checkout button.

You are able to cancel any order up to the point of it reaching our warehouse process and we would advise that you do this as quickly as possible after placing your order. 

 
If you need to cancel your order, you should do so by contacting our Customer Services team. Please be aware that once your order has reached our warehouse process, we are unable to cancel your order.

You have more than one option. Our FREE Standard Shipping is a fully tracked service which will be with you in 4-6 business days.

If you can’t wait to receive your order, you can pay an extra $3 for our Expedited shipping service to receive your item in 2-4 business days

If your product does not work you need to contact our Customer Services as quickly as possible, who will advise you on the next steps. 

Please make sure you keep all original packaging, as we may require you to return the faulty product.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take payment for orders over the phone at this time and all transactions must be completed through the decluttr Store website.

DELIVERY

Our products come with FREE Standard Shipping; a fully tracked service which we advise will be with you in 4-6 business days.

To give you more flexibility you can also select Expedited Delivery for just $3 extra. These orders are sent via US Priority Mail fully tracked service, meaning your item will arrive on the next working day providing you have completed your purchase by 2pm the day before.**

Where possible, we try and pack orders together so they will arrive at the same time. However, it is quite possible that your items will arrive separately.

Don’t be concerned if you have received some items in your order and not the others, they will be with you shortly.

RETURNS

If your product is within the 14 day period, you can return your product to us. Please email us at contactus@decluttr.com so we’re aware that your return is on its way. Please include your order number in each piece of correspondence.

All returns are dealt with on an order-by-order basis.

If you have returned an item to us, more often than not, we will ask whether you want a refund or a replacement being sent to you.

 
This is dependent on the stock levels we have at the time. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will immediately issue you with a refund and notify you by email.

Once you have contacted Customer Services notifying them of the problem, they will send you some instructions on how to get the item back to us and the next steps to follow.

We do ask that, where possible, you return any items in the original packaging that your order arrived in. If this is not possible, please place a note inside with your order number and a very short description of the problem.

This will help us to process your return and either refund or replace the item much quicker.

All refunds will be processed back using the method of payment used in the original transaction. If you paid by credit/debit card during the original transaction, your refund will be processed to this credit/debit card. This can take up to 3 business days, from the date the refund was processed, to show in your account, depending on your bank.

If you your original transaction was paid through PayPal, you will receive your refund through your PayPal account.

GENERAL

We want to keep you up to date with your order as it progresses. To put your mind at rest, we will send you a confirmation email once you have completed your order which will contain your order summary and your order number.

Please be aware that it can take up to an hour to receive your order confirmation email and you should check your junk/spam folders if you have not received it.

We will contact you again once each item has been dispatched to let you know that it is on its way to you.

From time-to-time, with your permission, we may want to send you an email which lets you know of the many special offers that are introduced or available on the decluttr Store.

You can tailor your experience, in terms of what communication you want to receive, in the My Account section.

Yes, we’re always looking to give stuff away to our customers. Keep an eye out and follow our Social Media pages for any up and coming promotions. 

It may be a specific theme to promote an up and coming title or just because we think something is that great, it needs shouting about. We really do offer some great prizes so it would be silly not to check us out!

We offer a wide range of offers and discounts across the Store. Look out for the banners on the website and our decluttr Store emails, which advertise any discount codes currently available.

Please be aware that most discount codes will come with some expiry information included, so don’t miss out and make sure you beat the deadline!
