We will write you a check or pay you by direct deposit into your account when we have received and booked in all your acceptable DVDs, CDs, Blu-rays, Games or Electronics.
After your items are received in our warehouse and go through our Quality Assessment process, we will issue your payment on the next business day. Direct deposits will clear within 3 business day of payment being made, while checks can take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Please keep in mind that your items will be delivered by UPS, which means they can take around 7-10 business days to arrive with us.
If you would like us to reissue your check please contact the customer services team and we will arrange for this to be done.
We can only reissue checks 10 business days after they were originally posted. If after 10 business days your check has not arrived we will issue you with a new one, please contact our customer services team.
If you receive the original check after you have requested a reissue, please contact our customer service team. If you attempt to cash this check you may be charged.
