I've forgotten my username/password

I'd like to change my account settings

Please Sign in to your account and you will be able to access this information from the 'My Account' menu. If you already have a transaction in progress you will also need to amend the details for each one as follows:

  • Log in to your account at www.decluttr.com/login/
  • Click on ‘My Orders’ in ‘My Account'
  • Click on the appropriate Order Number, and change the address details from there

How long do I have to send my items?

You have 10 days to confirm the details of your order. There is no time limit on sending in the items once the order has been confirmed - but the sooner you send your items, the sooner you'll get paid!

Do you accept VHS videos?

No. We only accept DVD, CD, Blu-ray and Games

Do you accept CD singles?

No. Currently we only accept CD albums.

Do you take vinyl music?

No. We only accept CD, DVD, Blu-ray, and games

Which Games formats do you accept?

Playstation 2, Playstation 3, PS Vita, PSP, Xbox, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS

Which DVD and Blu-ray Regions/formats do you accept?

Region 0, Regions 1 - 7, Region ALL, Blu-ray ALL

I've lost/not received my welcome pack?

You can re-print your welcome pack by signing in to your account, selecting the order, and clicking on the print icon. If you don't have access to a printer, please contact our Customer Services team.

How do you determine how much you pay for my goods?

The amount we are able to pay users for their old DVDs, CDs, Blu-Rays or Games is item dependent. We use a number of different criteria in order to fulfil our aim of offering users the best price possible for their DVDs, CDs, Blu-Rays or Games.

I sent in additional items with my order but I did not receive any money for them.

Unfortunately if you sent in additional DVDs, CDs, Blu Rays or Games that had not been included in the order we are unable to process these and are not able to return them to you. This is due to the high volumes that we receive each day.

Do you accept ex-rental DVDs or Games? DVDs marked Rental Only

Decluttr is able to accept DVDs and Games marked for rental only if the barcode you enter is recognised and you are offered a valuation.
