  • Complete with back cover and battery
  • No more than light wear and tear (no cracks, water damage or damage to screen)
  • If your device uses iOS, find my iPhone must be turned off and device must be removed from iCloud

Poor
  • Fully functional and complete with working system software
  • Heavy wear and tear / scratches
  • Cracked / damaged casing
  • No battery or back cover
  • Liquid damage indicator triggered
  • If your device uses iOS, find my iPhone must be turned off and device must be removed from iCloud
  • 3 or more of the above faults render it Faulty

Faulty
  • Not fully functional in accordance with model specifications
  • Does not power on
  • Faulty keys or buttons / missing SIM gate
  • Damaged ports, liquid damage, bleeding LCD or damaged pixels

  • Blocked / locked or non US carrier
