How to add Decluttr to your safe senders list
We send a ton of great stuff by email: offers, blog posts, competitions and much more.
But sometimes our emails might not get to you as we intended. You might not be able to see all of the images, or it might land in your spam folder.
Luckily, most of these issues can be fixed by adding us to your Safe Senders list. Here’s a quick walkthrough for all of the major email providers (drop us a comment if we’ve missed your provider and we’ll update the post!).
Windows Live Hotmail
● Open any Decluttr email
● Click on the ‘Wait, it’s safe!’ link at the top of the message
Gmail
● Open a Decluttr email
● Click ‘display all images’
● Click on the drop down menu (the small arrow) in the top right corner
● Select ‘Add Decluttr to Contacts list’
Yahoo.com
● Open any Decluttr email
● Highlight the sender’s name at the top of the email
● Select ‘add to contacts’ from the drop down menu
AOL
● Open any Decluttr email
● Click the ‘add address’ icon and verify our address
● Save
iCloud
● Open any Decluttr email
● Click our contact name in the email header
● Verify the contact details and click ‘save’.
Microsoft Outlook
● Go to the ‘Home’ tab and click ‘Junk’. You’ll find it next to the ‘Delete’ button.
● From the drop-down menu, choose ‘Junk E-mail Options’ then click on the ‘Safe Senders’ tab.
● Click ‘Add’ and enter [email protected]. Click ‘OK’ to complete the process.
